1. Services & Offerings
Eunoia Europa provides energy work, sound healing, and related wellness experiences.
These services are for personal growth, relaxation, and energetic alignment.
They are not a substitute for medical care, psychological therapy, or professional advice.
All services are provided in Alberta, Canada. Online or remote offerings are deemed to be supplied from Alberta.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are made through our official booking platform or directly with us via approved channels.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Prices are listed in CAN and may change without notice.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
If we need to cancel or reschedule, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable alternative.
4. Refunds
Refunds are generally not offered for completed services.
For products (digital or physical), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Use of Content
All text, images, designs, and materials on the Eunoia Europa website are our property unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.
Sharing links to our site is encouraged.
6. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after sessions.
Participation is voluntary, and you can pause or stop at any time.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking or communicating with us.
